Indigenous Relations: Cultural Respect & Humility Training
A 3-hour professional development training for behavioral health and human service organizations ready to move beyond awareness and into real cultural integration.
This training is designed for clinical teams, admissions staff, program directors, operations leaders, and business development professionals at behavioral health facilities, treatment centers, and human service organizations. If your organization serves Indigenous or historically marginalized communities and your team wants practical, organization-level frameworks for culturally responsive service delivery — this is for you.
This is not a surface-level diversity training. Participants will explore Indigenous history, historical trauma, sovereignty, and systemic inequities — and learn how these realities directly impact admissions, clinical engagement, operational policies, leadership decisions, and Tribal partnerships.
